• Follow SOPs and compliance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound mail and completed batches.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to resolve issues and meet targets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Associate Operations Processor to join our Lockbox Operations team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the daily, high-volume processing of customer payments, mail, and correspondence.

salary: $20 - $20.01 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 1 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Mail & Payment Extraction: Open, sort, and stage incoming mail; utilize extraction equipment (such as check extraction machines) to remove checks, payments, and supporting documentation from envelopes.
• Document Preparation & Batching: Prepare, organize, log, batch, and stage documents and payments for automated machine processing and subsequent workflow stages.
• Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate electronic and mechanical mail-sorting, tracking, and document-capture machinery to ensure timely completion of daily volumes.
• Data Entry & Verification: Perform basic data entry, review and verify transaction details, balance processed batches, and identify routine exceptions.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance policies to ensure data integrity, payment security, and high accuracy across all accounts.
• Outbound Mail & Dispatch: Prepare, track, and dispatch outbound packages and completed batches as required.
• Team Collaboration & Escalation: Consult with peers and supervisors to resolve operational roadblocks, achieve daily production targets, and escalation complex issues appropriately.
