Socket.dev seeks a Mailing Preparation Specialist to support the mailing department’s growth and profitability. The role emphasizes efficient operations, effective time management, and superior customer service to drive revenue.

You will oversee logistics from list preparation to posting documentation, manage billing and tickets, and educate customers and staff on mailing benefits. Ensure compliance with postal regulations and contribute to policy development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mailing logistics: list prep, import, presort, and postal docs.
• Handle billing docs, POs, and job tickets.
• Educate customers and staff on mailing benefits.
• Pursue mailing leads with sales staff.
• Verify printing specs meet postal regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on postal rules and regs.
• Develop training and marketing materials with CS and Sales.
• Help create/ administer dept policies and procedures.
• Collaborate to boost service quality and efficiency.
• Follow all dept policies and perform other duties as needed.
