Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with postal meters, scales, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Sort, document, and deliver incoming mail and packages accurately.
• Process outbound mail per requested service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Retrieve mail from local post office twice daily and deliver to Rochester Paychex locations.
• Drive company van for pick-up and delivery twice daily.
• Scan and save HR documents electronically for retention.
• Conduct internal mail runs within Rochester facilities daily.
• Consolidate outgoing mail to locations using economical rates.
