• Handle all aspects of mail processing, including inbound, outbound, and intra-office mail and parcels.
• Operate electronic postage systems and compile reports for daily operations.
• Deliver packages/mail efficiently using safe routes and ensure timely distribution.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure proper functioning.
• Inspect ATMs for skimmers and clean as needed.
• Support community events and assist with setup and tear-down activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas and monitor for issues, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned to support team and operational needs.
