Job summary

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA seeks a Mail Legal Specialist to review and sort mailed documents and input data into designated systems. The role includes occasional front desk coverage, greeting visitors, and handling calls. Strong attention to detail, organization, and motivation are essential.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in mailroom/processing. A valid driver's license and lifting up to 50 pounds are required. OT may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of mailroom/processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and sorts incoming mail.
• Interprets and enters data electronically.
• Follows up with internal clients to resolve questions or data issues.
• Files or routes source documents after entry.
• Processes and scans checks.
• Performs other clerical duties, including photocopying and filing.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Complete required training and maintain attendance.
