Job summary

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital seeks a Manager of Magnet Program to coordinate the ANCC Magnet application and designation process, in collaboration with the Director of the Center for Nursing Excellence, Education and Innovation. The role leads education, governance, and data reporting to embed Magnet standards across the organization.

Advanced Nursing Degree preferred; Pediatric nursing experience is favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
• RN license with compact multistate status in Florida is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chairs Magnet Steering Committee and serves as liaison for clinical and support departments.
• Conducts gap analysis for Magnet Model components and plans to close gaps with leadership.
• Develops Magnet dashboards and shares reports with Nursing Leadership Team monthly.
• Coordinates education for staff and Magnet Champions on initiatives and standards.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates Magnet program initiatives.
