Job summary

The Magnet Program Manager at Saint Francis Hospital assists the CNO with the oversight, direction and leadership of the Magnet program for the assigned facility. The role coordinates the Magnet application, designation and re-designation processes to attain and sustain Magnet status.

It also leads the preparation of documentation, policies, research and informational sessions related to achieving Magnet designation.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• MSN or equivalent required.
• Doctoral preparation preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive Nursing Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CNO in oversight, direction and management of the Magnet program for assigned Facility or Facilities.
• Coordinate the Magnet application, designation and re-designation processes to attain and maintain Magnet status.
