Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Maintains current expert knowledge of Magnet Recognition Program requirements.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects with strong organization and detail orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation.
• Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.
