Job summary

Xaloy, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for its on-site manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role leads machinists, welders, and operators, driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while promoting a hands-on, continuous improvement culture.

The ideal candidate has machining experience, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement, with a track record of developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience (CNC preferred).
• Working knowledge of CNC processes, mill/turn equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Experience using ERP and timekeeping systems; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Develop machinists, welders, and operators through coaching and performance management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, attendance, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Shipping and other departments to resolve issues.
