Job summary

Chime seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to own the macOS platform and drive endpoint management across our IT ecosystem. You will set technical standards for Jamf Pro, AutoPkg, and related tooling while partnering with Security and IT Support to ensure policy compliance.

You will define provisioning workflows, build automation, and integrate with identity providers like Okta to enforce device trust.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing macOS at scale in enterprise environments.
• Production experience with AutoPkg recipes, overrides, and trust controls.
• Deep knowledge of Apple MDM protocols and Declarative Device Management.

Responsibilities

• Own the macOS platform and Jamf Pro environment including policies and config profiles.
• Build and maintain AutoPkg-based software pipelines and deployment across Fleet.
• Develop automations and reusable tooling for IT Engineers.
• Lead zero-touch provisioning and device enrollment workflows.
• Collaborate with Security to enforce zero trust posture and device trust requirements.
