Kelly Services in Hastings, NE is seeking a Machinist (CNC/Lathe/Milling) to set up and operate precision machine tools for fabricating, modifying, and repairing mechanical parts. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of hands-on machining experience in a manufacturing setting.

Work schedule is Monday to Thursday (4 pm–2:30 am) with overtime on Fridays. Pay starts at $21.25/h base, plus 15% night shift diff totaling around $24.44/h, with a 3-month W2 contract and potential

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment and assist with routine maintenance and repairs following established processes.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators) and interpret blueprints/geometric tolerances to meet quality standards.
• Follow mandatory health, safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures.
• Coordinate with guidance on policies/procedures, perform internal communications courteously, and execute assigned tasks.
