dormakaba is seeking a Machinist II for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis, IN, performing machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments. Base hourly salary ranges from $23 to $35 with a $1.00 shift differential; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to perform advanced quality inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Follow operation instructions; operate machine according to standard operating instructions
  • Monitor and maintain equipment safely, load stock as required, keep the work area clean and organized, and empty scrap hoppers as needed.
  • Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP)
  • Use micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and comparator

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a 2nd Shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM) Machinist II based in Indianapolis, IN. The Machinist II will perform machine setups, tool changes, and make adjustments as necessary.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $23hr. - $35/hr. plus $1.00/hr. shift differential. Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do
