Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Machinist I - 1st Shift in Wisconsin. The hourly rate is $27.30 per hour, with shift hours 2:30 am - 10:30 pm. Salaries reflect skills, experience, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience interpreting drawings, operating CNC machinery, and setting up tooling.
• Active apprenticeship or related program allowed.
• U.S. work authorization required; no relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tolerances, inspection, and production standards.
• Operate and monitor multiple machines in work centers.
• Perform offsets and adjustments from inspections and prints.
• Manage CNC programs via DNC network.
• Set up and operate various machine tools for precision work.
• Use precision measuring tools for quality checks.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance.
