Job description

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Machinists to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines to produce parts that meet customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Set up and operate manual machines and CNC machines, including lathes and mills.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate setup and machining operations.
• Monitor the machining process to ensure parts are produced to customer specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines and programs to maintain product quality.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
