Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus trade school certification or two years of machining/manufacturing experience.
• Experience making machine set ups and reading and following blueprints, documentation, and instructions.
• Experience programming fixturing using CAM software or conversational controller.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run multiple production machines.
• Read blueprints, planning sheets, and engineering data.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to meet specifications.
• Inspect parts with gauges, calipers, micrometers and comparators.
• Maintain equipment and support lean initiatives in the work area.
• Communicate effectively in a team environment.
