Job summary

Daniels-Manufacturing-Corporation-3 is seeking a Machining Supervisor to lead a team of machinists, operators, and finishers. You will ensure safe, efficient production, maintain ISO/AS9100 standards, and drive continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

The role requires hands-on CNC and manual machining skills, strong problem-solving, and effective communication with day-shift management and support functions. An associate degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of leadership experience in machining or aerospace/tooling environments.
Hands-on proficiency with CNC and manual machining operations including setup, tool selection, and troubleshooting.
Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 manufacturing environments.
Experience working with ERP systems and other production planning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead team to drive results in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Schedule and assign personnel with established priorities to support the production plan.
Oversee shift start-up and shutdown, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear inter-shift communication.
Monitor schedules, work orders, and performance metrics to ensure on-time customer delivery.
Participate in continuous improvement activities such as kaizen events and 5S initiatives.
