Job summary

The role requires ISO 9001/AS9100 awareness, ERP experience, and strong communication to coordinate with production, quality, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in machining or aerospace tooling
• Hands-on proficiency with CNC and manual machining setups, tooling selection, and troubleshooting
• Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 manufacturing environments and ERP systems
• Education: Associate degree or commensurate technical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Schedule and assign personnel to production plan; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Oversee shift transitions, handoffs, and communication between shifts
• Ensure traveler accuracy, ERP integrity, and traceability documentation
• Drive continuous improvement through kaizen and 5S initiatives
• Collaborate with Quality to resolve inspections, nonconformances, and rework
