Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will direct daily QC activities, ensure resources align with production needs, and drive real-time decisions to meet quality requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with metrology and inspection tools, and a strong focus on continuous improvement within ISO 9001 / AS9100 settings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or lead-level experience in manufacturing or quality control, aerospace/defense experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001 / AS9100 regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end inspection activities from raw material to final assembly.
• Experience coordinating inspection activities to support production flow and delivery.
• Associate degree in manufacturing, engineering, quality, technology, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with calibration techniques and verification of measurement accuracy.
• Experience applying root cause analysis (8D), FMEA, process maps, and auditing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Quality Control team through assignment, coaching, and oversight.
• Own daily quality performance by identifying risks, responding to issues, and escalating concerns.
• Monitor quality metrics, ensure inspection output and documentation meet standards.
• Maintain compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements (AS9100/ISO).
• Lead internal audits, inspections, and corrective actions; prepare for third-party audits.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues.
