Swagelok is seeking a production associate on 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:15 am, Sun–Thu) in Northeast Ohio. The role focuses on running production, maintaining quality, and adhering to standard work processes to keep operations efficient and safe at Swagelok’s Solon area facilities.

Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days with full benefits starting day one. As a successful candidate, you will perform tooling adjustments, start-stop procedures, and quality checks, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and able to learn at a fast pace.
• Machining experience or mechanical background preferred.
• Basic math skills; able to work with fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Make tooling adjustments and operate machining equipment safely.
• Perform start-stop procedures and load raw materials.
• Adjust tooling and fixtures within prescribed limits.
• Complete records and data entry.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and tool inventory.
• Report machine malfunctions and participate in maintenance.
