The role offers competitive pay ($18.40–$25.80 per hour), overtime, a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow shift start-up meetings and participate in handoffs.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to instructions.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document production activities.
• Identify and communicate quality or tooling issues to keep production running.
