Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of machining or machine shop experience with production equipment, tooling, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Three years of direct supervisory manufacturing experience overseeing performance, training, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily machine shop operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity expectations.
• Plans and assigns work based on production priorities, capacity, material availability, staffing, and skills.
• Promotes a safe work environment with safety discussions and adherence to procedures.
• Supervises, coaches, and develops employees, providing feedback and addressing performance concerns.
• Monitors production performance and responds to issues to minimize disruption and meet targets.
