Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations Lead to oversee daily machining department operations in Findlay, Ohio.

You will guide production, quality, safety, and coaching initiatives to meet output targets. Responsibilities include coordinating changeovers, training associates, recording end-of-shift data, and supporting continuous improvement projects while maintaining a safe work environment.

Communicate and execute all change overs with Line Operators (General Associates)

All end of shift information is accurate and recorded

Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions

Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues

Promote and maintain a safe work environment

Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach and perform repetitive motions
• Lift, carry, push and pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical‑resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and safety glasses
• Ability to distinguish colors and read gauges, meters, labels, and process documentation
