  • Lead and support daily assembly department operations
  • Establish production plan that relates to the actual shipping times
  • Communicate and execute all change overs with General Associates and Finished Goods (FGA)
  • All end of shift information is accurate and recorded
  • Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions
  • Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach and perform repetitive motions
  • Lift, carry, push and pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and safety glasses
  • Ability to distinguish colors and read gauges, meters, labels, and process documentation
