Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II focused on precision machining across a diverse CNC fleet. You will apply mechanical engineering principles to improve manufacturability, reduce variation, and drive continuous improvement in machining operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in machining engineering or precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on CNC programming experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with process optimization in a production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot machining processes to improve quality, throughput, and tool life.
• Create, edit, and validate CNC programs for various machine types and generations.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new machining technologies and implement process changes.
• Utilize data analysis and SPC tools to identify and resolve machining variation or capability issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and enhance machining performance.
