Job summary

TURBOCAM is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training across the organization, focused on improving knowledge, skills, safety, and performance.

You will train on math, print reading, GD&T, measurement, machining, and CNC, while developing training materials and maintaining the training environment to support engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree in manufacturing/teaching preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience teaching/training with ability to lead and encourage others.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably automotive/aerospace.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Able to adapt training to different learning styles and simplify concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training across the organization (math, print reading, GD&T, measurement, machining, CNC).
• Develop, maintain, and improve training programs, materials, and documentation.
• Assist with maintaining training equipment, classrooms, and machine shop.
• Manage training records and learning content in the TURBOCAM Success Portal.
• Identify training needs with engineering, operations, and quality leadership and close skill gaps.
