Job summary

TURBOCAM Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and related equipment. You will work from engineering drawings and process sheets, inspect parts with calibrated tools, and document results according to TURBOCAM quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, production, or CNC preferred.
Knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math helpful.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
Work from engineering drawings, process sheets, specifications, and work instructions.
Inspect components using calibrated measuring equipment and document results.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and report concerns.
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain tooling, fixtures, and work areas.
Follow safety and quality procedures and contribute to a clean, efficient environment.
Build skills through hands-on training and experience.
