At TURBOCAM, you will join a team producing precision-machined components for aerospace, automotive, and power generation. You will operate CNC machines, inspect parts from drawings, and ensure quality per TURBOCAM standards while supporting a safe, efficient shop environment.

The role includes on-the-job training with opportunities to advance; starting pay is $21.00/hour with first, second, and third shift options and differential for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing, production, or CNC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment, basic math, and blueprint reading is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn and advance through training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry 25-50+ pounds, including safely maneuvering around machinery and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Work from engineering drawings, process sheets, specifications, and work instructions.
• Inspect components using calibrated measuring equipment and document results according to TURBOCAM quality requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain tooling, fixtures, and work areas as required.
• Follow safety and quality procedures while contributing to a clean, efficient work environment.
• Build your skills through hands-on training and experience.
