Job summary

TURBOCAM International in Rochester, NH seeks a dedicated trainer to develop and deliver technical training for employees across the organization to improve knowledge, skills, safety, and performance.

You will build and update training programs, maintain equipment and spaces, manage records in the Success Portal, and partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality leaders to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience teaching and training with ability to teach, lead, and encourage others.
• Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training, including math, print reading, GD&T, measurement, machining, and CNC machining.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training programs, materials, and documentation.
• Assist with maintaining training equipment, classrooms, and machine shop.
