Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking a dedicated fabricator to lay out work, set up machines, and produce parts in alignment with design specifications and schedules. You will use various metalworking machines and collaborate with supervision to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some sheet metal fabrication experience, and willingness to train on forklift and overhead crane; cross-training on equipment is encouraged to build manufacturing know-how.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid work history or academic record.
• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Willingness to obtain forklift and overhead crane certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed deadlines for tasks.
• Produce parts meeting quality standards.
• Train to set up and operate listed machinery.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Cross-train on multiple equipment to understand manufacturing concepts.
