Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking a factory assembler to join our 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) in Souderton, PA. You will work under supervision to lay out work, set up machines, and fabricate parts per design specifications and schedules.

The role requires ability to read blueprints, perform basic math, and safely operate sheet metal equipment including shear, riveter, drill press, and other tools. Cross-training on multiple machines and preventive maintenance are expected; day-one benefits, 401(k) with

Qualifications

Must have a High School Degree or GED equivalent.
Solid work history or school/academic record.
Learn to become certified to use Fork lift and overhead crane.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret basic blueprints.
Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

Lay out work and set up machines to meet design specs and schedules.
Efficiently produce parts meeting quality standards per supervisor/inspector.
Train to operate shear, riveter, drill press, strippit punch press, roller, disk sander, and cutting tools.
Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance.
May be moved and cross-trained on several pieces of equipment to develop manufacturing understanding.
