Responsibilities

• Coordinate machine orders with Caterpillar based on customer sales orders.
• Track and maintain machine order status from factory order through delivery.
• Process change orders and updates requested by Sales Representatives.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for incoming machines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for machines and attachments.
