Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or a high school/vocational path with 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machine tools.
• Valid driver’s license with good record; ability to operate company or personal vehicle for business.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid passport; travel to support training and customers as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Progress through apprentice level training or vendor certification program.
• Participate in On the Job Training including installations, showroom prep, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure high quality work and adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve installation/service issues.
• Document all work records and reports accurately.
• Maintain current technical and communication skills through ongoing development.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company property.
• Assist with other duties within department as needed.
