Job summary

Haas Factory Outlet in Warrendale is seeking an apprentice technician to learn troubleshooting, installation and repair of machine tools. You will work with the team through on-the-job training and vendor certification programs.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license and passport for training travel, and a strong safety and customer-service mindset. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Apprentice level training or vendor certification program participation.
• Willingness to travel for training and support out-of-state or out-of-country customers.
• Valid driver's license and passport for business travel.
• Experience with troubleshooting, installation and repair of machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform troubleshooting, installation and repair of machine tools.
• Accurately document and report required information for work records.
• Communicate arrival, updates and checkout with customers on-site.
• Collaborate with team members on installation and service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of company property.
