Methods Machine Tools is seeking a Project Manager to oversee machine tool projects from conception through installation and sign-off. You will coordinate with Production, Engineering, and suppliers, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure timely completion with clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
• Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
• Proficiency with PM software and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all machine tool projects from order creation through installation, training and sign-off
• Create project schedules for the customer
• Track and coordinate order progress from PO to receipt
• Collaborate, negotiate, and elevate to resolve conflicts and meet timelines
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and ship books for turnkey projects
