Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a MTO Maintenance Technician to service, repair, and rebuild production machinery in our Ohio-based operations. You will learn hands-on repair techniques, collaborate with senior technicians, and support project timelines while advancing technical skills through ADS training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read/measuring devices.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds; work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform machine tool maintenance tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with repair specialists to learn equipment maintenance techniques.
• Assist with repair/rebuild of equipment and tooling.
• Support project timelines and operational efficiency.
• Participate in ADS training and uphold ADS core values.
