You will collaborate with engineering to interpret schematics and perform preventative maintenance to keep systems reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Tool Electrician.
• Proficient at reading blueprints.
• Must own hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Able to lift and move equipment/materials over 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and specifications
• Installation and assembly of control panels using hand tools and power tools according to product specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machine tools and automation systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
• Collaborate with engineering and other team members to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and technical specifications for machine tool integration
• Perform preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems
• Keeping updated on machine tool field concepts, practices, and procedures
