Qualifications
Required
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role
  • General Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ability to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Demonstrated intermediate communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Independent problem‑solving skills
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve production challenges
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
  • Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Mathematical Skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to read and interpret measurements

Compensation

Base Hourly Rate: $27.24. Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
