Job description

Responsibilities
  • Safe operation of equipment, preventing damage and injuries.
  • Participate fully as a crew member during downtime, start-up, product changes, operational problems, and clean‑up.
  • Assist in sheet breaks, threading machine and product changes.
  • Assist in clearing machine jams to keep product moving.
  • Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment.
  • Complete product testing according to specifications and record data on applicable sheets or computer systems.
  • Keep supervisor informed of variations in the production process at all times.
  • Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures for the department.
  • Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer‑sponsored visa sponsorship.
  • Basic PC skills and ability to navigate training and communication programs.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
  • Possess physical abilities: walk, lift, carry, grasp, bend, climb stairs and ladders, reach, kneel, stand for long periods, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision.

Salary

Base hourly rate: $24.65.
