Responsibilities
- Safe operation of equipment, preventing damage and injuries.
- Participate fully as a crew member during downtime, start-up, product changes, operational problems, and clean‑up.
- Assist in sheet breaks, threading machine and product changes.
- Assist in clearing machine jams to keep product moving.
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment.
- Complete product testing according to specifications and record data on applicable sheets or computer systems.
- Keep supervisor informed of variations in the production process at all times.
- Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures for the department.
- Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer‑sponsored visa sponsorship.
- Basic PC skills and ability to navigate training and communication programs.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Read, write, and communicate in English.
- Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
- Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail; communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours.
- Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
- Possess physical abilities: walk, lift, carry, grasp, bend, climb stairs and ladders, reach, kneel, stand for long periods, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.

Salary
Base hourly rate: $24.65.
