Job summary

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Shop Supervisor in Kulpsville, PA to oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety across CNC machining, assembly and deburring of metal products.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing, proficiency with CNC milling and lathe, plus blueprint reading, G-code editing and strong organizational skills. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verifiable supervisor experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience working with CNC Milling & Lathe Centers with the ability and understanding to setup and make G-code editing at the machine.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Self-sufficient, detail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Maintain an environment of compliance to AS 9100/13100 requirements and company policies and procedures
• Train employees to follow company processes and procedures
• Assign work to all direct reports using scheduling software
• Monitor and maintain a productive environment
• Maintain Time & Attendance for all assigned employees
• Provide a safe workplace and address any safety issues
• Periodically evaluate employees for productivity & quality
• Communicate in a professional manner with other departments
• Schedule time off while maintaining production levels
• Administer disciplinary action when required
• Locking the building and setting security
• Maintain the Skills Matrix and complete performance evaluations

Location: Kulpsville, PA

Pay: $80-110k/yr. (depending on experience)

Shift: 2nd (Mon-Fri) 5:30pm to 2:30am

Summary:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Shop Supervisor that has experience in a manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety. Shift activity consists of CNC machining, assembly, and cleaning, deburring of metal and carbon products.
