CNC Manufacturing is seeking CNC Machine Operators for the second shift at our Coatesville, PA facility. Training on the first shift precedes independent operation, with four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday and weekends off.

The company emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Base hourly wage depends on experience: Beginner $20-25/hr, Intermediate $26-30/hr, Advanced $32+/hr, plus a 15% shift differential on second shift.

Job description

CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries including aerospace, defense, and medical. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry’s most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. CNC Manufacturing celebrates the diversity and expertise of its team members and proudly employs several armed services veterans. We currently have openings on second shift. We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates.

Training will be provided. Second shift entails working four 10-hour days (Monday through Thursday) with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Second shift is also subject to a 15% shift differential. Training will take place on first shift until we are confident that the operator can complete all tasks independently. Base hourly wage rate depends on experience and skill level.

• Beginner - $20-$25/hr.
• Intermediate - $26-30/hr.
• Advanced - $32+/hr.

A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught:

• Read and understand blueprints and job instructions
• Understand raw stock identification and preparation
• Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets
• Modify tooling for job use
• Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates
• Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-
• Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements
• Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards
• Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance
• Must be teachable regardless of experience level
• Other operator duties as required
