You will set up and operate diverse machinery, maintain tight tolerances, troubleshoot issues, and participate in continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality standards. Prior CNC experience with G/M code is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year machining/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading and precision measurement proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machining equipment (grinding, slicing, drilling, milling, CNC)

Machinist – Precision CNC & Manual Machining

Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; includes a 10% shift differential.

About the Role:

Join our team producing mission-critical, high-precision SmCo magnet components for advanced industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Medical, and Semiconductor. As a Machinist working with specialty metals, you’ll work independently to set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
