• Perform lock-up and shutdown procedures at week end.
• Supervise monthly and year-end inventory.
• Handle all incoming calls after 4:30 p.m.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

Shall facilitate, lead, direct, and train L.E. Jones Co. employees in the production of a high quality product that meets or exceeds customer specifications in a timely and efficient manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Education, good organizational skills, able to get along with people and gain their cooperation, and basic knowledge of machining practices.

TYPICAL DUTIES

• Respond to contingencies
• Determine manpower levels (with the help of scheduling)
• Provide training and instruction
• Assign work to Bargaining Unit employees
• Schedule overtime when needed
