Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Machine Shop Manager in Thornton, CO to oversee all aspects of the machine shop, manage personnel, and coordinate labor and materials for maximum productivity. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and purchasing collaboration with the Technical Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a machine shop/manufacturing environment and 3+ years in personnel management.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years experience in machine shop/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in personnel management.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the machine shop.
• Supervise machine shop personnel and monitor performance; provide feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate labor and materials; schedule machines for maximum productivity.
• Assist and input with purchasing for manufacturing items.
• Administer company policies with HR; handle hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Schedule training for new machine shop staff with support from Technical Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
