Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a CNC Machine Operator for multiple shifts in Thornton, CO. Load/unload parts on pre-programmed CNC mills and inspect with a CMM, using offsets on mills and lathes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience operating a CNC Mill preferred.
• Employment contingent on background check, drug screening, and E-Verify employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills.
• Load and inspect parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine.
• Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines.
• Use hand tools on machined parts when needed.
• Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place.
• Assist in shipping preparation (packaging, shipping, and receiving as needed).
• Deburr metal parts after machining.
• Order supplies for the machine shop as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
