• Inspect specifications and work orders for accuracy.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing staff and management.

Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime as needed

We’re seeking a motivated Machine Set-Up Assistant to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth production flow by preparing machines, supplying parts, and supporting operators across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply production lines with the necessary parts to maintain a continuous workflow

• Cross‑train on various machines and departments to fill in as needed

• Change tooling and assist with machine set‑up

• Perform frequent quality checks and maintain accurate, traceable documentation

• Inspect specifications and work orders for accuracy

• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment as required

• Communicate effectively with manufacturing staff and management

• Use reasoning and sound judgment to solve problems on the floor

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow safety protocols and support improvement suggestions

• Work with hand tools (wrenches, impact drivers, etc.) and possibly load machinery

• Support team lifting of up to 100 lbs

• Walk the shop floor to check in with operators and follow up on tasks

• Participate in additional duties and special projects as assigned
