Job summary

Auria Solutions is seeking a Machine Repair professional to join our Fremont Plant team. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery and facility structures to keep production running smoothly.

Expect involvement in preventive maintenance, process improvement projects, and coaching apprentices as needed. Own tools are preferred; company provides a $150 tool allowance annually and access to full medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and light electrical work.
• Formal education in industrial machine repair or related field is a plus.
• Basic fabrication skills and ability to read prints/schematics.
• Ability to use common shop tools and read drawings.
• Tools allowance provided; own tools preferred but company contributes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment and facility structures.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assist in developing process improvement projects.
• Coach and assist apprentices when needed.
• Execute fabrication projects to support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to plant rules and maintain positive attitude.
• Attend required training sessions at the plant.
