Job summary

Auria is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman for its Fremont, OH plant to troubleshoot and repair machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support production processes. You will develop process improvements and perform fabrication to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role includes mentoring Apprentice I–IV and adhering to plant rules. The position offers a pay rate of $33.00 per hour with overtime after 48 hours (double time), plus benefits including medical, dental and vision,

Qualifications

Formal education in industrial machine repair and maintenance.
Journeyman card titled “Industrial Maintenance” required.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment and facility structures.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
Assist in developing process improvement projects for plant operations.
Perform fabrication to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor Apprentice I–IV level maintenance staff and share knowledge.
