Job summary

Ziegler Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in the machine rebuild department. You will open service calls, provide updates and schedule timelines, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep everyone informed on progress.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll work closely with sales, the shop, backorder, field service and other departments to ensure smooth repairs and clear status

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open service calls and schedule repairs.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to update on workload and transport.
• Verify warranty and rebuild programs and discounts as needed.
• Maintain service calls throughout project lifecycle.
