This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, mentoring technicians, and coordinating with vendors and OEMs to ensure safe, reliable restart of production assets. The position emphasizes strong technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and development of internal standards and procedures to improve asset reliability and

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience required.
• Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge with hands-on rebuild experience desirable.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams on complex machine projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine rebuild planning, scope development, execution, startup, and post-rebuild stabilization.
• Perform teardown, inspection, repair, rebuild, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Coordinate rebuild work across mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic, and safety systems.
• Develop rebuild plans, checklists, schedules, risk assessments, and execution strategies.
• Mentor technicians and build internal technical capability across the team.
