Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical experience in gear manufacturing production.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, tooling, controls, and processes.
• Experience with equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of quality requirements and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Safely support operation, setup, and adjustment of gear manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment, tooling, and process issues; restore production quickly.
• Provide hands-on technical training and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and control plans.
• Identify root-cause effects and assist with corrective actions.
